Beach was literally steps from the pool area. Plenty of options for eating either within the resort or within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this was a great place to stay: clean, quiet, private, and thoughtfully equipped with the guest experience in mind. Pros: -Walking distance to island's largest supermarket. -Designated parking for each apartment. -The room was pleasantly cool & smelled amazing when I arrived -Apt included many thoughtful amenities (ice water, coffee/tea supplies, blender, toaster, cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc.) -The adults-only layout provides excellent privacy -Pool was the perfect temperature with plenty of lounge chairs Cons: -Stains on my sheets -Finding the property was confusing. It's on an unpaved road with no clear sign where you're supposed to turn. Clear signage at the turn would help. -Biggest drawback was communication. I was contacted by the hosts through Expedia only to be told to contact them on WhatsApp for check-in instructions. Requiring guests to switch platforms, add the hosts to their contacts, and send a message for information that could have been shared through Expedia or email felt unnecessary. -There was also conflicting check-in information (3:30 p.m. on Expedia vs. 4:00 p.m. on WhatsApp). -Weak water pressure in my ensuite bathroom -Tricky and frustrating door lock -Cleaning is noisy. Don't plan to sleep in if they're cleaning a nearby apt. -Encountered a huge cockroach just outside the door to my apt. Hosts responded immediately and treated the area, and I never saw another one. A door sweep would add peace of mind.

Absolutely gorgeous establishment. Beautiful lobby, rooms, and restaurants. Awesome pool area with a nice little happy hour, and they are just steps from the beach. A couple gripes, though. It cost a small fortune to stay here, so banging me for another $70 per night "resort fee" felt icky. Our hotel maid seemed to have difficulty stocking our room appropriately. I had to ask for things multiple times... i.e. coffee cup lids. There were several inoperable facilities such as a broken sink here and there or a broken footwash. I found the area around the pool to be a little unkempt each morning. I often found some trash or used cups from the previous day. Next was probably just our bad luck, but they closed 1 of the 2 elevators in order to swap out mattresses. I would add that changing out mattresses was probably overdue as I found the beds (and pillows) a little uncomfortable. Lastly, there was very little entertainment after 5:00. One night there were a couple of solo guitar players out by separate pools. It was great, but it was only the 1 night. Again, our overall experience was terrific. The "gripes" section of this review may seem a little long, but that is just because I hold the Marriott Stellaris to a very high standard. I would absolutely stay here again.
