Great location and grounds but pool was cloudy every day and section of grounds flooded on three different days right by the elevator and steps. Had a hard time getting them to answer the phone to address a few room issues. Tv reception was awful the whole week. One of the two elevators stopped working from the pool level possibly due to the flooding. Very nice employees and the restaurants were great. Plenty of security guards visible. Entertainment was excellent too. I’m going to go back and see if they fix the issues we shared with them. Our 8th time to Aruba but our first at Barcelo.
