Cuarto limpio, muy bien ubicado, me gustó la vista . No tienen buen jabón, ni shampoo, ponen un olor neutro que no me encantó. Buena distribución de espacio , mucha altura. La decoración del cuarto no es lo mejor. La caja fuerte no está atornillada , está suelta .

Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.

Very clean room, friendly staff except for 1 shuttle driver who was rude and unhelpful.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning and set us up well for the day. Lunch on our first day was also very tasty. The roof top bar was nice. Complimentary biscuits on arrival and cake in our last night was a lovely touch. The only downside was the spa. While cute, the three rooms were not worth 90 euros for an hour and a half. You would only really need an hour tops in there due to the size of the space. I also did not like the fact there was no room to change, we should have been given robes and allowed to change in our room. The steam room had steam, but no heat and after walking up the steps in the jacuzzi and the railings falling apart we came out of the spa after ten minutes. I think if this was an added extra for the hotel and use of it included in the price to stay, it would be much more reasonable. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel we loved. Comfy bed, hot shower etc. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

Breakfast was superior. We got a family suite and it was such a big room considering the heart of Rome and comfortable for everyone. Great place would definitely stay again. Walkable everywhere!

Wonderful property, very tranquil and away from the crowds. The staff at this hotel are amazing and we can't wait to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful room, location was outside the busy city but with easy access to the main centre by bus/metro. Really enjoyed our stay here, 5 stars

The hotel is impeccable. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the property. However, is important to consider that is up in one of the hills. You can walk down to the town but it’s hard to climb back up. There is no sidewalk and the road is busy with buses, cars, motorcycles, etc. That is Amalfi so do your research. Breakfast was bread, cold cuts, yogurts and coffee. They had hard boiled eggs too. They said they are not allowed to cook. So be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants walking distance but they close from 3pm-7pm. That is Amalfi and Italy for you. The owners are polite except for the most senior guy. We saw him slap a guest in the hand for trying to make a sandwich and putting it in the toaster oven. I got yelled at for accidentally taking a banana out of the breakfast area. The other guys who I assume are his sons were polite and helpful but be careful with that older guy.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!
