If you’re up for walking, this hotel is a great place to stay close enough to most things.

The view is fantastic. You can see the Chicago river on one side, abd skyscraper on tge other side. The small items that the hotel provides, makes the stay, pleasant and homely.

If you plan on staying in this hotel by all means the view is great, but if you plan on moving your vehicle at all the hotel does not validate In-N-Out parking. You have to pay every time you want to leave and come back. Unlike the normal hotel, La Quinta downtown Chicago validate parking yes it’s $70 but you can drive in and out as many times as you want during your stay. Unlike this hotel.

Great property and location!

Room was pretty dirty. Told front desk and said they were sending housekeeping but never did. Front desk clerk wasn’t very kind.

Horrible, horrible housekeeping staff many times I had to have head of housekeeping come and monitor Very disappointing

Loved the location. Loved the property , staff, amenities, and service. I did not live the brutal Chicago cold. Four below is just hateful cold weather. Want to return this summer or fall to enjoy the area. Excellent property. Definitely recommend you stay if in Chicago.

Amazing clean squeaky room. The hotel is really beautiful and reminded me of hotels in Dubai. The layout is amazing. Breakfast is okay like most hotels in the area, nothing extraordinary.

Every thing was greet. Very easy to get around, staff was freindly and helpfull.

We stayed there for 2 days just to sleep it felt very clean and nice. They don’t pick you up from airport! It’s about 35 mins from downtowns Chicago. In a quit place the parking fee is 5 dollars a night which is a good price
