An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! We had a great stay, the town of Murano is quiet. Staff was great and the room was very cleaned. The buffet in the mornings was pretty good so the money was worth it. We loved a small restaurant called Osteria Al Duomo which was down the street. The Murano glass factory was a cool, as you can see the employees making many things out of glass. It was a different experience as everything is through water taxi, so there aren’t any vehicles. We loved it.
