It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of wardrobe space. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area — perfect if you want to cook your own meals. The hotel is also located in a quiet area, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful with great customer service skills. Hotel was very nice, clean and modern with a rooftop bar. Like many other hotels in Taormina the hotel is located on a hill. While I would certainly stay at the hotel again, parking unfortunately was a nightmare. There is a parkade adjacent to the hotel and unfortunately it was full. Had to shuttle to the hotel after I found a spot a significant distance away.

Hotel was well located for our visit to Etna. It was comfortable and clean. Parking on site with a good restaurant.

Amazing customer service! The team at NH Collections including Alberto, Angelo and Sarah made our holiday a very memorable one. We had an unforgettable time and the service levels are the best we experienced in all of Italy!

Excellent stay but small children put on tables in the middle of mainly couples with screaming kids who were not asked to keep the noise down ruined breakfast every day

The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!

Good property and very good service

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Continental! Located very close to the main shopping street/old town Taromina. Only criticism we had is the rooftop music was extremely loud and went on very late (well past midnight) which kept us awake sadly. Apart from that our stay was amazing but unfortunately the noise would put us off staying again!
