This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time.
Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising.
