Be aware that a resort fee is charged at check-in. I would not have booked this hotel through Expedia if I had known about the additional fees, as I would expect them to be included in the listed price. Breakfast was included and offered fresh orange juice, coffee, oat milk, ham, cheese, pastries, and hard-boiled eggs. It was pleasant to have breakfast in the small bistro, and the servers were very kind. Our room was cleaned once during our stay. I had asked the housekeeper to return in about 15 minutes since we were getting ready to leave, but there seemed to be a language barrier and the message was not fully understood. When we returned later that afternoon, the room had not yet been serviced. The housekeeper later came back and asked to clean it at that time, so we waited in the lobby while it was done. It worked out fine, but it would have been smoother if the room had been cleaned after we initially left. Our unit had a dishwasher, but it was out of service during our stay. Additionally, the dish sponge provided was not clean, so I ended up washing dishes using a clean face towel instead. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and beach towels are available for guest use. The hotel is located south of the main Miami Beach area, making it quieter with fewer bars and restaurants nearby. This may be a benefit for those looking for a more relaxed stay.

Breakfast was always great, grounds were beautiful. Staff helpful, one negative was someone was smoking pot in a room next to pool, otherwise the stay was great!!!
