Overall this was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious and very quaint with a nice little balcony. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for our stay. We were able to ride the bus to Salzburg and back without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived.

Great experience from the moment i checked in. Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too ! Highly recommend this hotel !

Very nice hotel in a great location and with a friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed here numerous times and plan to return.

The only downside for the Hotel and area was no parking at the site and no warning in advance. We came after dark and had no idea how or where to park. Once we found a parking spot and walked to the hotel, they told us where we should park, m. So I went back to the car and drove it to the parking garage. Notice ahead of time would have been good

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Friendly check in staff. Concierge was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and kept clean. Dinner was good and very helpful and friendly server. I will definitely stay there again if I return!

Great vacation spot for sporty activities but also wellness and zoning out. Overall a very good experience regarding accommodation and staff’s recommendations. Despite being a star graded Hotel and therefore classy audience, staff was impressively generous and human. Sometimes even got out of their way to provide a good experience. Breakfast was definitely the highlight and something we always looked forward to - rich in variety, healthy but good choices for sweet tooth’s, great choices for everyone really. Breakfast tables view of the lake is the surplus that matters. The barista experience could have been a bit better but really.. the cookies do make you forget that. Room was tidy and inviting. Although you’d want to spend time outside; chilling inside really was a pleasure. It’s been a bit hot with the sun shining onto the glass front and to be fair the bar was noisy at times but all is manageable. Hotel restaurants rarely are worth a recommendation but this one is for sure - what a blast of traditional Austrian dishes. Would book a table any time. Only downsides might really be the parking which on the other side is also super individual and depending on other hotel guests impressingly creative parking skills. Plus the sauna really could be hotter.
