Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Impeccable service and stunning hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, calling a taxi for us, helping make dinner reservations. Convenient location. Beautiful breakfast. Complementary glass of Rose in the evening.

The house keeping staff was exceptional and the front desk staff gave us a bottle of champagne on our first night to celebrate our honeymoon but that is essentially where the good experience ends. The room is bright and big but not well maintained with outlets seemingly coming loose from the walls. The “spa” was another disappointment, some of the amenities did not work and the rest were clearly poorly maintained. The restaurant menu was lacklustre and the morning breakfast service was very poor, staff were helpful and nice but the selection lacks the price paid and their were swarms of flies all over the pastries. This property requires you to pay extra for all ementies (pool, breakfast, parking) and overall does not provide 5 star or even 4 star service despite the 5 star price point.

Great staff. Great location, the beach club associated with the hotel was the same. Clean, large rooms, comfy well Air conditioned hotel.

This hotel is a perfect hack if you want to explore the Ligurian coastal towns without overpaying for alternative rundown accommodations. Incredibly comfortable and accessible to every town around it. Steps from the train and awesome seaside beach clubs.
