A good location and good breakfast offer. Sachin who provided breakfast setvice was very efficient. Rajinder was very good in room service. Front of house was usually very efficient and professional. Made a slight error with my extension to my stay where checkout was not completed properly. I was told the bill was clear when it was not. I then got a surprise at my second checkout with a bill presented for the mini bar from the first booking, which I was told the bill was clear for. Towels are dated and could do with replacement. Room was well decorated and the TV and channel options were good. Would stay again when returning to Jalandhar in a few months.
