(1,005 reviews) The resort set up is very beautiful a the grounds are amazing. The gym and the spa both excellent. The concierge wasn’t great at all. The food is not amazing. Only 4 restaurants and a few days two of them were closed. Ridiculous fo a resort. Sometimes you needed a reservation and sometimes you didn’t. Very confusing. The food at the restaurants were average at best. The employees and staff all so incredibly helpful an friendly. We’ve stayed at the Iberostar there and the food was so much better. They really need more places to eat and better food. (1,003 reviews) We stayed in the preferred section in a bungalow suite. Everything was fantastic. The preferred area at the beach had a lot of space between chairs and was easy to get chairs. I cannot say enough about how amazing the people who work there are! Jesus at breakfast, Angela and Morris on the beach always made sure we had everything we needed. But there was one person who went above and beyond…our butler Ricardo. He treated us like family and took care of everything! We ended up having to visit the hospital, and he went with us and stayed there the whole time…until early morning! He even arranged for the most yummy grilled chicken to be delivered to our room at 2:30am when we got back (kudos to the chef…it was delicious).
