Sorrento Coast Adults Only Holidays

Really lovely and friendly staff, and a great pool area. A fantastic location - you can walk to central Sorrento, although the Sant Agnello station is very close to this hotel which is good if you have heavy luggage. It was great that breakfast is included. The standard double room has a very small shower, and awkard mirror placement, though, so that was really the only downside. Otherwise, well priced for Sorrento during the summer period- ideal location if you want to see the Amalfi coast and get around easily without a car.

The staff was quite helpful so they were the redeeming factor at this hotel. The rooms were old, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely worked so we were uncomfortably hot most of our stay. It looks much nicer in photos than in reality. The view was nice but otherwise the location was quite out of the way, so you have to walk 25 minutes up from town on a highway with basically no sidewalk/shoulder (40 minutes if you’re walking from the port). A taxi from town was $25-35 euro even though it is a quick drive, so next time we would prioritize being in the centre of things. I think there is better value at this price point elsewhere in Sorrento.
