Property was very clean

Nice place easy access and shuttle service

Everything was terrific and I thought the free breakfast buffet was substantial and well presented. Plasticware is very cheap and bendy, however, and i would have preferred real stainless steel.

I loved the view from my room

The rooftop pool was below average in size and dirty . Also the chairs I paid was like bar stool that was soooo uncomfortable and inappropriate for the pool . I have never seen in any other hotels to pay for the pool as guest of the hotel except daybeds and cabanas.

The bed was fine but there was a lot of noise throughout the hotel

The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜

The property is inside EWR airport, I thought I may hear noise from airplane, to my surprise, once inside hotel, it’s pretty quiet.

Rooms were large and clean. The main areas need the carpet replaced however. Also, breakfast should be included or much less than they are charging.
