(1,630 reviews) The grounds and faculty are really beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient and easy. The food overall was very good. The perk for Expedia bookings to be able to make reservations at the themed restaurants ahead of time was great….otherwise there was usually a wait. Be prepared to walk a good bit, which we enjoyed, because the grounds are large and spread out. They do have golf cart shuttles running a good bit though. The coffee shop was top notch. The Imperial Band was great. I would definitely recommend this place to others. A hidden treasure in Rivera Maya. (1,000 reviews) The room and the views were amazing nice and clean and we loved the staff! We were hugely disappointed with the food and lack thereof. Often out of items on the already limited menu, pretty tough to find fruit or vegetables. The menu in the one restaurant on site changes nightly but we couldn’t find anyone who knew what was in the menu until midday day of. We spent a lot of money on cabs and dining elsewhere.
