Great experience for our first stay here. I can see why it has such loyal following.

Kinda just a blah property

Our experience at Secrets Maroma was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an unforgettable experience. The staff is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. My wife and I felt genuinely pampered throughout our stay, and we were continually impressed by the incredible attention to detail, warmth, and outstanding service provided by every member of the team. The food was delicious, and the bartenders were fantastic—not only talented but also friendly and attentive, making every experience even more enjoyable. The beach was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy paradise. What truly sets Secrets Maroma apart is its people. Their dedication, hospitality, and genuine desire to make guests happy turn a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. We cannot thank the entire team enough for making our stay so special. Secrets Maroma is truly a gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience. We look forward to coming back!

Kinda just a blah property

We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd trip to Secrets and we were very disappointed. I feel that I deserve a credit at this point and will not be going again. Have a great day.

Honey moon, sweet room was the best view. Staff were very kind and accommodating, really made the trip easy breezy
