Realmente no es una habiatación para 4 personas, el sofa cama es terriblemente incomodo, al punto que toco poner el colchon en el piso.

There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation.

We booked the luxury two bedroom apartment. It’s not two bedrooms it’s a one bedroom with a large living space with a double bed in. The sofa also doubles as a sofa bed. So not a lot of privacy for one couple. The kitchen is large and fairly well equipped . Could have done with an ice tray in the freezer. The washing machine and dryer were both broken but we were able to use the main block machines. There is no housekeeping during your stay and in truth you see very little staff. We made it work for us but the luxury is the location. You are right in the centre of the old town. Parking is less than 100 meters away but it is $60 for 24 hours. Would I recommend. Yes but mainly for location.

My husband and I stayed at Le Mount Stephen for 3 nights. The staff were all warm, inviting and very helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book with them for our future trips to Montreal.

convenient location

Big room on top floor, lots of space. Everything was clean and well maintained minus the bathroom vent/ fan. Would def stay here again. Great location, 24/7 staff, beautiful spa facilities, great room for longer stay with its size.

The hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The design and esthetic were not to my taste. I did not appreciate the black painted concrete walls and mirrors next to the toilet and in the shower stall. Front desk staff on 7/2 were not as pleasant or as helpful as I would have expected. We went to eat in the restaurant, but were ignored by the staff and left.

Each of the staff were wonderful
