Panamá Oeste Province Adults Only Holidays

We had a twin double bed. The room was basically nice but the beds were somewhere between a twin and a full size. Fine for one person, but pretty small. Also, there was no blanket, just a sheet and only 2 small pillows. I was disappointed in the bedding. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a huge variety and everything was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the pool area but had a rough time getting service. We finally flagged down a waiter and asked for a menu and waited over an hour and gave up and went to a table to eat. We felt like we were invisible as other people were getting lots of attention from the waitstaff. Also, there was a very large and boisterous group who took over the whole pool area. They had many children who were throwing balls and basically making it impossible for anyone else to enjoy the pool. They were there all day and finally one of the guests made a comment, after which one of the men started screaming and cursing and made a big scene. He was asked the leave the area by one of the staff members. This really ruined the day and I wish that the staff at the pool had been more proactive about this. All of the hotel guests should be able to enjoy a peaceful pool experience. Overall, for the price, it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

Excellent buffet and restaurant. Nice pool. Staff are very friendly. Ask for a room on an upper floor away from the street.

Visited with friends and had a great stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Pool was awesome. Highly recommend.
