Refreshingly amazing! Had a room with a pool and spent a lot of time there relaxing watching the water and hearing the waves. Ning and Tob in the restaurants made our stay magical. The food is phenomenal and the menus are diverse with so many choices, you never eat the same thing twice, though you want to. The masseuses are remarkable, talented and so welcoming and friendly. The front staff never missed an opportunity to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is ideal. Close to all without hearing anything but waves.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré, il n est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles sur le plan qualitatif et variété.
La décoration de l’hôtel est remarquable. Cependant la possibilité du late check out devrait se faire sans être monnayée dans la mesure du possible

The entire staff at the resort was beyond amazing and displayed excellent customer service. I was greeted with a cold delicious beverage and cold towel upon arrival and surprised with a bday cake and song once I went into my room. My waiters at each restaurant throughout the resort went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The bell men were the best I’ve ever seen and very great at lending helping hands. I highly recommend and when I return to Thailand, Phuket I will stay at Crest Resort!

The restaurant is amazing. Paid for breakfast buffet and it was a great decision. The staff is so helpful and the property is absolutely beautiful.
