On the first night, i noticed an ant on my nightstand. Made me think there was a pile of them waiting to be discovered in the room. The phone made this weird humming noise. Sounded similar to dial-up. We unplugged it every night so we could sleep. There was a card in the room that instructed guests NOT to unplug the wifi router. Seems like this was a known issue; I would have appreciated a heads up. No microwave in the room. Parking on property was $50/night. All in all…not worth the money. Pretty property but the room, amenities and staff were nothing special.

We stayed for the PIFA event across the street, so it was very convenient. Check in went smooth and Roberto was very helpful in getting our room very close by other family members. One of the staff members gave us a ride to the event, which was a blessing since we walked with our uncle who was elderly and barely could walk. I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind, patient, and a sweetheart. The only negative is, I wished there was a microwave in our room, which made it difficult to warm up food. Lucky our other family members stayed in a suite so we used there's. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay.

Room was decently clean but there are clear remnants of large plots of sand in the carpet and the toilet was left with clear marks of prior use. The facility charges criminal fees for snacks and water so avoid if you can. $15 for a bottle of water is just robbery. Overall a decent experience but the entire facility severely lacks value for your money.
