I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is very convenient. Check in on 7/24. The staff is very friendly. I will choose this place next time.

I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

great location — everywhere we wanted to visit / eat was within walking distance! staff were super friendly and rooms were good! not sure if this can be a typical 5 star hotel but it’s a really good 4 star none the less. the free spa amenities are okay — the pool isn’t that warm and neither the sauna.

The check-in process was a bit unusual (at least for a north-american like myself), in that the room is several blocks away from the reception- they email you when the room is ready and how to access the building with a code. So be sure to have a way of receiving email while you wait. My own check-in was awkward because when i got there i was informed the AC wasn't working and they were attempting to repair. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so that day. They promised the next day it would be fixed, but something came up with the maintenance person so it was on the third day it was finally fixed (just in time for the heat wave). The room itself was quite nice. It included a fridge, stovetop, sink, tv, small table with a couple chairs, bathroom and a comfy bed. Immediately outside is Clerigos Tower, and a lot of good restaurants and touristy stuff nearby. You can hear noise from the hallway, but street noise was very limited, so overall pretty quiet. Aside from the initial check-in / AC issues, it was a very good experience.

The best decision made for my Porto trip! Such a convenient location: Steps from Bolhão station, Mercado do Bolhao, Via Catarina mall with grocery store and pharmacy, tons of brunch and cafe spots. 15 mins walk to Ribeira and Douro River! The room is stunning. Bright and sunny in the morning. Clean with all of the conveniences of home. Most definitely will stay here again.

I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all. Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!
