Great location, reception staff absolutely brilliant, good breakfast choice, only let.down down by poor housekeeping staff attitude, never replacing bottled water, poor communication

The room really smelled of something I couldn’t identify. The shower is terrible, it sprays into the bathroom and makes a mess.

This property was amazing. We will definitely be using this hotel again in our future.

The rooms were spacious and perfect, making it easy to get to the city center. However, I expected a better menu and tastier food. The appetizer was great, but the main entrees weren’t that impressive.

Lovely venue, will need to drive as it’s not very central

The property is in great location away from all the noise yet it was close to everything we needed. Restaurants, Shopping and unbelievable friendly staff.

Great location, immediately in front of Aliados Station. Friendly hotel concierge, bar and restaurant staff. Recommendation #1: hotel room with trapezoidal layout is best suited for a couple with one king bed rather than two family members with two separate twin beds. Recommendation #2: ensure housekeeping staff can at least communicate in basic English to avoid language barrier with hotel guests.
