The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Perfect in every way.

The breakfast saves this from a 1 star review. There were stains on the comforter and the blanket seemed like it was unwashed. The staff was not very attentive. In one bizarre incident, we left our bags after checkout. Their bag tag melted into my girlfriends bag and made the handle inoperable because glue got in the handle. The staff did not attempt to help fix the situation at all. We were standing in the lobby trying to clean up the mess for almost 30 minutes so we could get the handle working. Even though there were no other hotel guests, the staff stayed at the bar drinking beverages watching us instead of offering to help clean up. This was the worst instance, but overall the staff was very disengaged and unhelpful.

Excellence hotel useful staff great breakfast however the lifts weren't the best

Lovely hotel, great location, and fantastic staff! Valentina and Alex were so helpful at the front desk. The lounge staff were so friendly and wonderful. The breakfast offerings were tasty and varied. We really enjoyed our stay, and would easily book another stay here.

We had a wonderful time. Antonia was so kind and helpful. It is in a perfect location. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean comfortable and well located place to stay in Barcelona. It had everything we needed for two adults and two teenagers. Located in a nice building with an elevator, the area has many markets, shops, and restaurants. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having to take out the trash ourselves, but it was really no big deal. I would definitely stay here again.
