9.2/10 Wonderful! (152 reviews)
Room was not ready until three hours past check-in. Had to check multiple times. Then was asked to pay to upgrade to different room or wait longer. Finally put into a different room, but very disappointing. Frequent traveler to area but will not return.

8.8/10 Excellent! (774 reviews)
Staff were very friendly. Room was not deep cleaned. Lack of closet space (only a few hangers on a bar without doors) and no suitcase case rack. Bed was very comfortable. Odd clicking noise in room that came on randomly. They ran out of beach towels. Good location for the beach and restaurants. We’ve been to a few other hotels in South beach and not our fav for this reasons.
