Excellent stay ,good location near attractions ,great breakfast ,clean and tidy ,comfortable bed.

Stayed as a family for a night and chose because of pool and proximity to event. On check-in I was asked to pay an unexpected parking fee, and the receptionist was unable to tell me when the child free/friendly pool times were. We had quite a lot of luggage (one adult with two kids) and were up steps and no help offered. Room was clean and well stocked but lights didn’t seem to work properly - lamps only worked when main lights on and one switch was dodgy. Window was at walkway level with no way to shut securely ‘ajar’ open due to old fashioned fastenings, so room got quite warm overnight. Breakfast staff lovely and gave us a fab little cubby with windows on 3 sides, and breakfast selection was great. Pool staff were fab but pool was very crowded and full of ‘serious swimmers’ doing lengths so very hard for kids to play without getting in their way. Overheard some of them saying they were getting out due to crowding. Child friendly times need to be on website or at least known to hotel reception staff, and/or shallow end roped off for play during school holidays, or lengths sectioned off for lanes.

Great hotel for hopping into Wembley for a concert. Very friendly reception staff and nice room.
