We had an amazing stay at Finest Punta Cana! The resort was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay and always made us feel taken care of. One of the biggest highlights was the food. We’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts before, and the food at Finest Punta Cana was definitely some of the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. There were plenty of great options, and everything we tried was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Between the beautiful resort, spacious rooms, excellent food, and amazing staff, we would definitely recommend Finest Punta Cana and would happily come back!

I was very disappointed with our stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana. I arranged a birthday room celebration for my son days in advance, but it was never done, even after I followed up several times. No one apologized or really took responsibility. Service at some restaurants, especially Isla, was also frustrating. We were often told, “I’m not your waitress,” and I had to get up several times to get our own drinks. We also felt some waitresses were noticeably unhappy if they didn’t receive a tip. On Saturday, one of the pools was very dirty and even had something in the water that looked like vomit. For a resort at this level and price, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and communication.
