"Rating is defo off. The place is clean, cheap and safe etc. The owner/manager is never, never, there. No-one is there actually, but son kids of the family. It's completely a soul-less place. Given that it's cheap, I normally wouldn't complain, but when the cleaning lady who effectively did everything in the house tried to charge me USD 45 for two bottles of water and 2 kg of laundry I just had enough ..."

"My daughter and I loved our stay here. Minh and his wife were lovely, kind, responsive and accommodating. They arranged tours for us and were available for any questions. "I had a lovely stay and was extremely well looked after by the lovely, friendly team. I was upgraded to a sea-facing room which was very special! The food was great with a mix of Vietnamese and international cuisine. There was a small issue with the minibus collecting guests from Hoi An town - he did not communicate his presence, and I was unable to locate him! This was easily resolved by a cab ride. It did not spoil my fantastic stay there. "
