The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, usually I worry about the rooms not looking like the pictures online, but this one exceeded my expectation… the staff were very helpful and check-in and even went to each day at breakfast asking if there’s anything I need or my plans for the day so they could assist which was really nice and breakfast was good.. would definitely revisit it if I head back to Hoi an!

The hotel is gorgeous. The staff were attentive and they even moved me to a new room on the second night due to noise above my initial room. The breakfast is fantastic and the hotel is located about 15 minute walk from Hoi an Central and ancient town. I most definitely will be staying at this hotel again when I return.

We loved our 3 nights at the Soluna D'Annam, it has been by far our favorite stay thus far in Vietnam. Beautiful hotel and we enjoyed a pool view from our room 305. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and in particular Kim Chi who took care of us at check in. Thank you from Stephen and Katy (Canada).

Exceptional Service and Comfort with Great Food

Incredible service, the hotel is in excellent condition, and the staff is very friendly. The Vietnamese massage is one of the best. Very good food and centrally located.

The sweet staff makes this hotel great

Our one week stay at this hotel was great due to the amazing staff. They really went out of their way for us to feel like home, arranged a car and train tickets for us to go to Hué, and even provided us with a small gift upon check-out. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!
