She negotiated prices with the vendors so that we weren’t overcharged. She also made sure we had transportation arranged to and from the airport. "Very nice property with huge pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. However, poor water flow and no hot water. Lighting in bathroom could be enhanced. Fridge in room, however no safe. Decent breakfast with choices for everybody. Close to the German and the Belgian embassy. Recommended."
