"Great property, staff just seem like they are new at their jobs. I know it’s a new hotel but it would have been useful to have taken on well experienced staff. They are pleasant, I just don’t consider them to be too efficient especially in the restaurant."

"The hotel was located close to where I needed to be. The staff were helpful but the hotel itself is worn out. Reception is on floor 3 and floors 1&2 are either being remodelled or abandoned. 2 out of 4 elevators were out of service and the 2 that were working were well worn or damaged by guests. ..."
