everything was OK including the restaurant. one regret: it was hot and the room had no air conditioning which forced us to sleep with the window wide open with all the inconveniences of the road next to the hotel

Dirty, hot and way too expensive

The room was called "junior suite" but it was two ordinary rooms together, the other one without toilet but very dirty kitchenette. Overall the hotel was unsympathetic, dirty, expensive for the quality and disappointment. It was extremely hot inside and only way to get ventilation was to open windos'. Except that there was a heavy metal gig next to the hotel and we needed to keep windows' closed. Good note that I'm a heavy metal fan. The breakfast was quite okay. By halfing the price and setting the expectations lower, this could be quite average three out of five place.

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel PLAZA INN Zwickau! ☺️ Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und einladend, das Hotel gepflegt und gemütlich. Dazu kommt die perfekte Lage und ein freundlicher Service. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Das Zimmer war sauber. Ansonsten war alles schrecklich. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer reserviert und haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Gästebett bekommen,was eine echte Zumutung war!Der Boden und das Doppelbett waren beschädigt,das Bad war behindertengerecht. Das Duschwasser ist unter die Toilette gelaufen. Das Zimmer lag direkt zur Hauptstraße raus,man konnte nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Für 1 Nacht war es ok aber länger hätten wir auch nicht bleiben wollen. Der Zimmerpreis war nicht gerechtfertigt.

Hat rundum alles gepasst, wie überall mittlerweile wird beim Frühstücks Preis ordentlich zugelangt. Es gibt eine Sauna die aktuell 6€ pro Besuch kostet, ein Fitness Bereich gibt es leider nicht, das wäre schön.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel PLAZA INN Zwickau! Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und die angenehme Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Das Haus wirkt einladend und gepflegt, ideal für eine entspannte Zeit in der Stadt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. ☺️

Alles in Ordnung! Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Falls man in ein anderes als das Hotelrestaurant gehen möchte, muss man etwas fahren (ÖVPN haben wir nicht genutzt). Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, es gibt guten Kaffee. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
