Of course, the view is even more impressive from the west balcony - with luck also in a wonderful sunset. Two bedrooms with 160 double beds, barrier-free sanitary area with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and switches and sockets in comfort height, these are our comfortable. The Komfortable 07 also has a second balcony. Whether for the short break with harbor flair at the weekend, as a starting point for long bike rides in the Leipzig Neuseenland, home port for water sports or relaxed retreat for business travelers - Z1-DAS HAUS welcomes you! With its individual architecture, the house is the face of the harbor on the southern shore of Lake Zwenkau. The architectural individuality continues in the design of the apartments - from the playful to the intimate to the generous. All apartments have, thanks to generous glazing, a fantastic view of the Zwenkauer See and the harbor. With the exception of the apartment 05, the sea-side balconies invite you to unwind or to heat up the electric grill. Whether by stairs or elevator, the apartments are accessed by a portico and offer, thanks to separate access, peace and privacy. All apartments have: - a spacious living area with: TV, BlueRay / DVD player and radio / CD / USB sound, - a fully equipped, open kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and electric grill (if balcony ), - a sanitary area with floor-level shower, - one or two bedrooms with double bed. The other features such as bathtub, hammock, electric grill, raclette and / or fondue vary, depending on the apartment type. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung mit direktem Blick auf den kleinen Hafen ist sehr schön und groß gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber! Perfekter Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Der Spielplatz ist 2min entfernt, es gibt mehrere Restaurants. Auch im Ort gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Speisen. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt (einziges Manko: der Strand sieht sehr klein aus, kann mir nicht vorstellen wie man im Sommer dort einen Platz findet zum baden). Leipzig ist in ca. 30min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. ##### Marlene M. Ansonsten habe ich mich wie in einer üblen Werkshalle zu DDR Zeiten gefühlt. - Sichtbeton mit üblen Flecken - Plastestühle - unbequeme Kautsch. Das geht bei diesem Preis gar nicht. Außerdem habe ich leider ein Nachthemd liegenlassen, was nicht mehr aufzufinden war. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, daß ich es nicht außerhalb getragen und liegengelassen habe. Das wirft ja nicht gerde ein gutes Licht auf Sie. Selbst wenn es unterm Bett gewesen sein sollte. könnte man ja eine schlechte Reinigung vermuten.
