My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

Best place to stay near everything

Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. The deal at check-in was I got upgraded if I promised to leave a review, so here it goes. The room brand new, modern, beautifully designed and extra comfy. Impeccably clean. All receptionists were adorable, day and night. Super rich breakfast. Fried zucchini at breakfast made my day.

Our short weekend stay in Zurich was wet so the lounge facility with free tea and coffee was welcome. Perfectly located in quaint street behind the GrossMunster, close to bars restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean with large rooms and good heating. We liked the separated toilet and bathroom. Huge bed, small wardrobe/hanging space. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping.

I stayed at the Home Hotel when my wife and I were in Zurich on honeymoon. We visited 6 European countries and the Home Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The room was incredibly comfortable, the bed was wonderful (we both have bad backs and we both slept like babies) and the HUGE shower was great. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The reception on arrival, the bell boy, the service, the bar, etc. have only enhanced our stay.

Great stay at an ideal location for the airport. There was a bus but I ended up walking which took around 25 minutes. Rooms were well laid out and in really good condition and clean. Kettle was in the room and a coffee machine in the foyer area. A few shops and restaurants were also nearby Lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying at this hotel for a basic but comfortable stay.

Had a great stay at Hotel Wellenberg. The staff were fantastic! The location is right in the heart of the restaurants and lovely cobbled streets. We thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t (we stayed on the fifth floor). It’s probably about a 10 min walk from the main train station, and very conveniently located to walk to everything nearby. The breakfast was fab too! We particularly enjoyed the library and games room with Xbox and a massive TV!

A lovely hotel close to the main station which we arrived and departed from. The lobby area was very welcoming. We only stayed overnight and didn’t eat in the hotel, but did have a drink in the bar area in the evening. We’re sure the restaurants (there’s more than one) would also have been lovely.

Quirky hotel, but I’d definitely stay here again - great rooms, helpful staff, and a good location. Just wish I knew which switches did what in the room (multiple lights, multiple blinds, multiple different switchboards). Overall, a great experience!
