The bedrooms were large, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to relax. The outdoor area and views were breathtaking. I loved using the outdoor kitchen to grill fresh fish from the fish monger truck we saw in town. There are small local markets, veg, and a butcher. within walking distance of the house, , and coffee bar made it easy for my guests to experience the beauty of everyday life in an Italian village. I would definitely host another retreat here!"

"A beautiful farmhouse shaped like a fortress just outside of Calitri. The host is very accommodating and helped me make some reservations despite not speaking English/my Italian being no good. Waking up to the birds was a treat, the bed was cozy and the shower worked well. It would be fun to have a bunch of friends stay there for a week. Definitely requires a car, I thought maybe one could walk in and out of Calitri but it's an enormous vertical distance, it would take hours."
