An 81 m² three-bedroom apartment for 8 people, with views over the sea and the pool, in a small 4-star residence at Pinarello, southern Corsica.
Bright throughout, with air conditioning in every room. The residence holds only five well-appointed apartments, none of them overlooked: it never feels crowded.

THE BEDROOMS

First bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, shower and basin in the room. Second bedroom with a 200 x 200 bed, shower room and WC separated by a door. Children's room with two bunk beds, sleeping four, and its own shower room with basin and shower. A separate WC serves the first two bedrooms and the living room.

The apartment is level with the car park and sits two floors above the pool.

THE TERRACE

Covered and facing the sea, it extends the living space and holds a private spa, a plancha grill, sun loungers and a table for meals outdoors. Facing due south, it catches the sun all day: in the morning the sun rises out of the sea, and in the evening the light settles on the mountains.

THE RESIDENCE'S FACILITIES

The pool measures 14 by 6 metres and stays heated to 29°C from late March to early November — from the spring holidays through to the All Saints' break — and outside that period on request. That is what makes a stay here enjoyable well beyond the summer.

There is also a sauna, a hammam and a gym, freely available throughout your stay. Free parking and charging points for electric vehicles (chargeable service).

THE LOCATION

Pinarello beach is 800 metres away, within walking distance, with its fishing village, its restaurants and its Genoese tower. The Cavu valley, its natural rock pools and its hiking trails are fifteen minutes away. The shops of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio and the beaches of San Ciprianu and Cala Rossa are a few minutes' drive. Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and the Alta Rocca make comfortable day trips.
