- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed 160 * 200 with desk, shower room and toilet and pool access. A safe is available.
- A games room with table football
- An independent bathroom with toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and freezer, iron.

Upstairs is :
- A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Magimix coffee machine, juicer, blender, dishwasher)
- A living / dining room with a beautiful sea view and view of the Genoese tower of Fautea.
- Guest toilet and entrance closet.

The terrace is equipped with 4 deckchairs and 2 sun beds.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
