When I got to the other hotel (Hotel Eliseo), it was horrible and smelled terrible, so I refused to stay there. They then paid for a taxi to send me back to the original hotel — and somehow, my room had suddenly become available again! When I later tried to leave a review, I discovered I’m not the only person this has happened to.
