The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished according to the element fire in high quality and has an open living and sleeping area with double bed, a full kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine) with a cozy dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a balcony. A garden with seating area with sun loungers, sandpit including toys and barbecue area are also available. Parking and lockable bike storage room on the property exists. You can expect a newly built (2012) Architect house with four apartments. The house is located in a quiet location in Zinnowitz. The apartments are lovingly and großzüglig furnished in modern style. Lots of light and space, and a terrace or balcony make the apartments into your own personal place of rest. Each apartment is furnished according to one of the four elements - earth, water, air and fire. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren einige Baustellen in Zinnowitz die wir teilweise als störend empfanden. Wir mussten außerdem die Erfahrungen machen,dass man kaum in Zinnowitz gut Essen kann. Es sind zwar viele Lokale vorhanden aber die Qualität ist echt mies. Wir haben verschiedene Lokale aufgesucht können aber leider keins der Lokale empfehlen.
