Die Ecken in allen Zimmern waren nicht gereinigt. Spinnenweben mit Staub an der Deckenbeleuchtung. Die Bettenmatrazen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Insektenschutznetze an den Fenstern wären sinnvoll.Ansonsten war alles super von der Lage und räumliche Ausstattung.

Schlafmöglichkeiten nur für 2 Personen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön leider ist sie für 4 Personen nicht geeignet , da man bei dem Schlafsofa den harten Lattenrost spürt. Wir haben uns eine große Luftmadratze dort raufgelegt ( mein Mann schnarcht ) . Auch ein Verlängerungskabel wäre eine Anmerkung für den Toster, wenn man auf der Terrasse Frühstücken möchte.  Mfg Familie R.

In der Fewo war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wohn/Essbereich sehr großzügig. Polstermöbel könnten mal erneuert werden sonst alles top. Haben eine schöne Zeit in Zinnowitz verbracht. Herzlichen Dank

Einfach ein schöner Urlaub

Unterkunft, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung , rundum alles bestens. Strandnähe, Strandpromenade, Kulturmuschen gleich um die Ecke, alle im allen wir waren begeistert. Viele schöne Kinderspielplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, also mit Kindern nur zu empfehlen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir buchen diese Ferienwohnung schon seit ca 20 Jahren und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Die Doppelbettcouch und Sessel wirken langsam etwas abgenutzt. Der Fernseher wurde inzwischen gegen einen Flachbild ausgetauscht, was erfreulich ist. Jedoch sind nur sehr wenige Programme eingestellt. Wir haben diesmal mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gebucht und hätten uns gefreut, wenn die Betten schon bezogen wären. Das Gepäck 2 Etagen über die Eisentreppe hochzuschleppen, fällt uns auch langsam schwerer.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Mitten im Zentrum und in 1 Minute am Strand.Schöner Balkon mit Strandkorb. Werde es weiterempfehlen!

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, in direkter Nähe zur Seebrücke, ist dennoch relativ ruhig. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, lediglich einiges am Mobiliar weist leichte Altersspuren auf, was aber den Gesamteindruck nicht trübt.

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Im ganzen sehr zufrieden außer das Schlafzimmer ist für die Möbel etwas zu klein, wenig Platz vorhanden. Dafür große Terrasse mit Strandkorb, sehr schön. Zentrale Lage, dicht an der Seebrücke.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne Wohnung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb war toll! WLAN wäre schön gewesen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
