Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen; die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer „roch“ sehr stark am Kopfteil, so dass man sich nicht gemütlich zurück lehnen konnte; die Küchenstühle sehr unbequem und Sitzkissen mit Loch; Duschkopf sprühte in alle Richtungen (sollte mal erneuert werden); Wohnung war in den ersten Tagen nicht warm zu bekommen, so dass ich am 3. Tag einen extra Heizkörper bekam. Es gab kein WLAN, und keine Auswahl an TV Programm

Kleine Wohnung für wenig Ansprüche

Die Miniküche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein mit Kochtopfdeckeln, einer Pfanne, die keine beschädigte Beschichtung hat und mit einer Auswahl kleiner und mittlerer Schüsseln. Ansonsten ist sie gut für Leute, die nicht viel selber kochen. Das Kinderzimmer könnte ein oder zwei Bettlampen gebrauchen, evtl. an der Wand befestigt, da durch den sehr kleinen Raum keine Möglichkeit zum Aufstellen ist.

Diese Fewo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlt Wlan Verbindung. Der Zweiplattenherd ist veraltet, es benötigt sehr viel Zeit bis das Wasser endlich zum kochen kommt. Auch der Staubsauger ist fragwürdig, denn nach ca. 10 Min. Gebrauch wird das Gehäuse sehr warm. Und abschließend noch ein Hinweis auf die mangelhafte Trittschalldämmung der Fewo, die sich direkt darüber befindet. Matratzen s. durchgelegen Positiv ist die Lage und Umgebung, auch der Weg durch den Küstenwald zum Strand.

Interhome okay/ Unterkunft schlecht

Mängel egal wo man hingeschaut hat....Elektro ,Küche,Stühle und Außenanlage usw. Mit dieser Wohnung waren wir total enttäuscht Mängel habe ich bekannt gegeben bei interhome.
