Welcome to the Residenz am Strand, located right behind the dike on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea. You can’t get any closer to the sea in Zingst.

This two-bedroom vacation apartment was renovated in February 2017 and lovingly redecorated in a maritime style. The spacious living room features a corner couch (that converts into a bed) and opens onto the modern open-concept kitchen with a stylish dining area. The kitchen itself features a refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. You’ll feel right at home here.

The bedroom features a box-spring bed (H2/H3) that invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The balcony, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, faces east—perfect for a cozy breakfast in the sun.

Mosquito screens and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable climate in both summer and winter. There is a modern 32" LED TV with a DVD player and cable connection.

A spacious wellness area with a sauna is available for use year-round for a fee (upon prior registration with P.I.K. Zimmervermittlung Zingst). This makes even a stay in the fall and winter a uniquely relaxing experience.

Parking space No. 28 in the outdoor area is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be locked up in the communal shed. Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets are not permitted.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and to ensure your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility—all available for a fee. Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
