The elegantly designed living and dining area with an electric fireplace, the view of the idyllic beach dike, and the modern built-in kitchen offer you exceptional comfort.

The large, light-filled bedroom with a box-spring bed invites you to rest and relax.

The spacious bathroom features a barrier-free, walk-in shower and stylish design.

A separate children’s room with a bunk bed (80x190) ensures that even our youngest guests can enjoy their stay.

Additionally, a high-quality sofa bed is available in the living room.

The apartment features Wi-Fi and a washing machine (for a fee).

Early in the morning, you can enjoy your coffee or tea on the north-facing terrace as the first rays of sun appear, and from midday onward, you can relax on the west-facing terrace with its garden.

Your car (for a fee, bookable as an option) and/or your bicycles are safely parked in the spacious garage spaces belonging to the apartment.

Additionally, you have the option to use the building’s laundry room (for a fee).



At the Logierhaus Friedrich, the Baltic Sea experience begins practically right at your doorstep. This modern building is located in the front row, directly behind the Baltic Sea dike, and thus just a few steps from the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light in the suites, and some balconies even offer a view of the Baltic Sea. A glass lift provides convenient access from the spacious parking area to the accommodation. A lovely place to stay for anyone who wants to be close to the sea while enjoying modern accommodation.
