The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and two single beds.

The apartment includes an underground parking space, which also features a communal bike storage area.

The large, furnished corner balcony measures 6 m² and faces south/west, inviting you to relax.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat, each available for a fee.
