"I always choose Fraser Suites whenever I’m scheduled to be in Guangzhou. From the concierge to the front desk and dining staff, everyone is very polite and accommodating. While some staff members may not speak English fluently, they are genuinely kind and always do their best to assist guests. You may notice that the property is a bit older, but it is very well maintained and kept clean. The location is excellent, with direct access to the mall and the metro, making it very convenient. There are also endless dining and shopping options nearby."

"This property smelled of mould, musty and dampness. Clearly there is a major water issue. Also when checking in they wanted to take a “bond” of $2k (6 night stay) for the mini bar which maybe had a total of $100 of drinks and snacks in it. The lady checking us in was incredibly rude. Offered us an “upgrade” for more than double what we had originally paid for the accommodation. The whole experience was extremely off putting and we won’t be back."
