The pool and gym was well equipped and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. Jerry their concierge was spot on with all enquiries and aspects and was very friendly. Successfully checked in 3 adults but hotel insisted they under charged in the booking system so could not offer the 3rd breakfast. A bit ridiculous!! On the first morning only 2 of us enjoyed the breakfast. On the 2nd morning they were willing to give us the 3rd breakfast but we decided to check out early. Totally disappointed when you bear the name Le Meriden. We went to have breakfast in the morning down to café and it serves buffet which has relative good spread however, there is no waitering at all. no waiters or waitress at sight so we need to find a table that has placement of fork and knife. Lot of dirty tables that were not clear off. Went to Chinese restaurant and food is quite good and there were enough people serving so that was good.
