Alice and Rita spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a very nice view of the city and was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were very well sound-proofed. The hotel manager, a very pleasant Frenchman, greeted us at breakfast (which was excellent!) and came to say good-bye as we were checking out. The suite is much much bigger. Shortly after settling into the room, a manager came by to check if we were satisfied with the cleanliness which showed their attention to the guests' experience. Mr.David Zheng, a concierge manager who speaks very well English, was very helpful in assisting us during the stay. The hotel is a short taxi ride away to the shopping district.
