The staff are not multilingual so communication is a big problem. Although my rooms are prepaid I found out later I was charged for the stay. I called them and they told me that they did not receive payment from Hotel. Com

Great hotel. Clean and goòd staff. Old furniture needs updating. Locatiin is not so bad u can find fast food in a walking distance. Great breakfast.wow. value for money is excellent. Note they speak average english which is hard to find in zhengzhou.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our every need. Public transportation was readily available. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel...worth every penny.

The rooms are very spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff here is very friendly and responded quickly to our requests. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning

The hotel was clean. The in room food service was catch and go for accurate order. The laundry service was poor. Items returned dirty but folded nice and neat. Only stayed 2 nights. Check clothes when you get them back, or do not use service. Very poor. Had to re-wash. Did not find out until at next location.

I booked a room with breakfast for myself and my 14 yrs old son. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that breakfast is only for one person that I have to pay 168rmb($24) for the 2nd person. I explained to them that the room is for 2 people and online rate states breakfast for 2. They explained to me that the information online was incorrect. Very disappointing and they wouldn’t refund me for one breakfast either.

Beautiful hotel with up to date facilities. Good location close to metro and access to food. Seems to be fully booked as I was only given a room after waiting for more than an hour. Hard to get a taxi. Recommend Hotel should install flashing light to indicate to taxi to come "inside lane" to pick up guest instead of guest going outside to main road to hail taxi.

Stayed or 4 nights, easy checked in and out. Very helpful and genuine hospitality service, great pool staffs too. Enjoy everyday swim, good Chinese restaurant on fifth floor. But the breakfast buffet is pricy and behind counter line cooks are not friendly at all, wished that they could be better. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay, Stayed at the Hilton’s managed Hampton too for one night, but Zhengzhou Hilton is worth every penny of it.

Well worth the money paid
A true 4.5 star, much better than a lot of 5 star hotels in China. Room was spacious and clean. Still in the city but close to East railway station. Best hotel we stayed during this trip.

Gorgeous hotel at the centre of Zhengzhou
I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my wife and 15 years’ old son, and had wonderful experience. The room we stayed was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very friendly and truly helpful staff. Special thanks to Kris Wan at the front desk. After checking out, I had trouble using a local app to arrange our trip to Kaifeng. Kris not only gave us advice but also went extra mile and helped us get a car with the app on his personal phone, which has made our trip much more convenient and safe. Will definitely stay here again next time in Zhengzhou.

Good hotel
We moved from JW Marriott to Hilton as we are regular guests there. Then realised the room a bit small this time as we were given a room with half window. Concierge always the best of the hotel but front desk hospitality need some catching up though

Vacation at Hilton Zhengzhou
I have stayed in Hong Kong but this was my first stay in what I term mainland China and what an experience it was . I arrived at about 00.30 in the morning and was greeted with such warmth that I was taken aback and this was evident throughout my stay . The bell boys , concierge service and front desk were excellent , Jackie one of the bell boys was so helpful with everything I asked him he even came to the station with me when I left although his shift was over . The restaurant and bars were great , food was excellent and staff again warm and friendly and very attentive . The general manager Albert was a very nice man , had a few drinks with him and he personally came to wish me a safe trip home , nice touch . I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone , my advice is treat the staff with respect and value what they do and you will receive it back ten times over . Lovely concierge team
Concierge is excellent, front desk mediocre. In room dinning is great! It was the location I grew up but so build up now. In General it is a good Hilton! Remember swimming pool required swimming hat now.

Nice in the city
Convinantly located in the middle of the city. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice Chinese and Italian restaurants are in the hotel. Great food.

Amazing stay
It was an amazing stay. Staff were friendly and ready to assist at any time. I wanted to go out to find a restaurant and needed some directions. The concierge were helpful in writing the street name in chinese and gave me a hotel card. They make sure that I do not lose my way. They called the restaurant and asked for specific directions and help to tell the taxi driver.

Check your bill well in advance of your check out.
While checking out early morning I found that the hotel billed me for two days internet use in spite of internet use included in room rate, I protested but due to my train time I had to leave. Such act is not expected from Hilton Flag. Its CHEAP. Refund my two days illegal internet charge, bet you cant read English.

Wonderful stay, easy to find, & close to metro.
Friend and I stayed in a double bed room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was awesome (especially for China), pool was gorgeous. The only issue was the language barrier in the restaurant on site. Would still recommend the place as it is close to a metro stop and there are a plethora of restaurants for those who want to spend good money on a room, but want to save on food.
