When the tour that I had booked failed to arrive, the concierge immediately arranged a new tour that mirrored the one that I had booked in the same day. Additionally, they upgraded my room for free when I expressed some concerns and then also arranged another tour to the Hunan Museum. Their customer service is impeccable and the hotel provided a wonderful experience that I highly recommend! Excellent and exceeded my expectations! This hotel is so clean and quite. All service is great. Peoples are so kindness. Only one thing is not good which is the bath curtain has a smell.
