Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping was extremely poor, leaving even the beds unmade. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing good service. We practically had to beg the receptionist to finish her phone call just to check out, and she handled it with a terrible attitude. Very disappointing experience. Zhangjiajie is an extraordinary city, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and customer service.

I spent only one night at the hotel and it was ok. Nothing bad to say about it. Hotel is close to the cable car to the Tianmem Mountain. Airport is close too.
