From the moment we arrived, it was clear that their priority was ensuring guests felt comfortable, valued, and well looked after. Their warmth and attention to detail made such a difference, and it’s refreshing to experience hospitality that comes from the heart. The hotel also boasts a beautiful rooftop restaurant and breakfast area with lovely views, making mornings even more enjoyable. Hair dryer had to be changed 3 times. Bathroom light poor. Room congested for a standard room. I was charged for the room on 7th at the property. However, Expedia charged me already. Something I emailed to Expedia and will take it up with my bank to reverse on return on Monday.
