The hotel itself was fine but very basic. Small, no dining service and no ability to set the temperature in individual rooms. The area around it is not good. It is the first time I've seen people openly smoking crack on the streets during the morning (and evening) rush hours. Really not a good look for Frankfurt. Also, this hotel is located on a busy road with lots of emergency vehicles using sirens to get through the nearby intersection, so very noisy.

Very nice hotel, our room was brand new and everything worked perfectly. Thank you to the front desk manager who got us bacon for breakfast when they had run out. Great service, we’ll be back!

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Frankfurt right next to the Old Opera House. Perfectly situated for exploring the city. Hotel is spotless and staff cant do enough for you. Breakfast is fantasic, facilities and rooms are great. Cant fault it.
