Nice hotel, just know about the location first. Pros: The hotel is modern, very clean, and stylish. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Cons: The location is much further from the city centre than we expected. Be prepared to rely on transportation. Verdict: Ideal for travellers seeking a quiet, peaceful stay away from the city noise. Not the best choice for those who want to walk everywhere.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Our hotel room was huge - we were at the Gallery suites. Breakfast was good as well with wide variety of choices.Front desk were also helpful and respectful. I like the location of the hotel because it’s quiet and far from the busy city. Even though it’s not within the city of Luxembourg we preferred that. There is a close by grocery store in that hotel. And what I like the most, public transportation is free for everyone ( for residents and tourists a like ).

Girlie weekend away - we loved it. Wish there was tea and coffee in the room but hey ho! The breakfast was delish. It was a very chilled out location. Free public transport - Buses and trains were complicated and taxis very expensive. Very close to airport. Would deffo go back. We had such a laugh with reception - great sense of humour!

It's a bit outside, but very convenient to use with public transport. One should know, ALL public transport is free in Luxembourg, and there are several bus lines going directly to the hotel, so you can basically go anywhere within the country from here for free. Including the Airport.

The staff here went above and beyond. They helped me figure out how to explore, how to travel, and how to figure out so many things on my first visit. The property was just as expected, but the STAFF are what made this place five stars. Every person that helped me (3 different individuals for different reasons) all were phenomenal!

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, yet it lacks basic amenities in the room. The good: the bed was big and comfy, the room was clean, relatively late check-out. The bad: * The bathroom design is open, with a glass cabin shower, which is to be considered if you're traveling with others. * No information was provided at check-in about the wellness facilities. * No kettle or tea/coffee maker (or maybe you need an upgrade for that !) * At check-out, we were almost going to be charged twice, until i notified them that the room was paid for in advance through expedia!

Relax time nothing to complain about, a/c didn't work at its best. It has a summer and winter timer. Didn't cool the room enough in the night. The room has a Window that can be opened, so we did that.

Weekend Getaway for two.

Overall the hotel was nice. Checkin was easy and the staff were great! The hotel offed some infused water which was nice after a long day of traveling. Sadly it was not consistently there for consumption as we would not see it again until the day we checked out. Room was nice. Large and not cramped. Layout was a bit different that what we are used to, but very convenient. The hotel offered complimentary beverages in our fridge, but it was a once and done (we were there for four nights). One nice thing is service was every other day, when the room was not serviced, the hotel advertised a tree would be planed to help the environment. Now for the items we didn't like - AC didn't do much. There was a six degree range and it was warm or warmer. So we opened a window to cool down the room. Also, the bed was like sleeping on a brick. Very hard. Not what I would expect in a four star hotel. Pillows were very soft, but there were only three of them. One more would have been nice. We likely could have requested it, but didn't really see the need for sleeping. Shower was great, lots of space, hot water (not intermittent hot water), large towels. Toiletries were a bit lacking. We would have liked to have some hand cream/lotion and conditioner in addition to the ONE bottle of shower gel. It smelled great, but not an all in one item... Very convenient to the bus route. Next to a organic grocery store, it was pricy, but quality cost's money.

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. However Luxembourg in general is overpriced. This hotel is far away from any meaning and convenient public transportation and therefore you must hire a car which is an added expense. This hotel is located near a semi industrial / business estate and the area is kind of weirdly deserted yet the hotel itself is placed next to a highway so you get the highway traffic noise. Some of the staff have an attitude problem here however one staff member named Jerome was a real pleasure to deal with and model professional. It's kind of weird that everytime you want to come to the dining hall you have pass reception and it can be weirdly and awkwardly silent with them standing there watching as you pass - the dining options themselves are limited with not much on the menu and the clientele I met there were not my vibe. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
